This striking Barry Brinker necklace has pendant made of a black cross shaped pearl encased in a wide silver casing. The rear of the cross and the tag on the clasp are incised with the iconic BB signature and flame. The fittings and rolo style are 950 sterling silver. Although this vibrant necklace is contemporary-jewelry, we consider it part of the VA Barry-Brinker-Vintage-Collection with pieces made in the 1990s when his creations combined 950 silver with antiquities or antiques, unique artifacts, gemstones, pearls and other treasures acquired during his travels. With his unique training in architecture, design and fine art, his pieces such as necklaces are hand-made, one-of-a-kind, personally designed and constructed in his studio in Bali whose craftsmen follow his specific instructions. The silver fittings and rolo style chain is made of 950 sterling silver and has the typical flame shaped tag as part of the clasp and is also signed with his incised initials.
